Which cookies this site sets, what each one is for, how long it lasts, and how to turn off the ones that are not essential.

Small files a site stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. The rest are optional.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, including pixels, tags and local storage, do much the same job, and everything in this policy applies to those too.
Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information generally.

Two of these are set before you choose. __cf_bm is set by our host on every request to keep the site up, and msgsndr_id is set by GoHighLevel, the platform this site runs on, so that a form submission can be matched to the page it came from. Neither is used for advertising, and neither can be switched off from the banner without breaking the site.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tool. No cookie from any of them is set on this site right now. If we switch one on, it will only run once you accept analytics or marketing cookies, and this table will be updated before it does.
Providers occasionally change cookie names and durations without telling us. If you find one here that is out of date, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it.

Essential cookies always run. Analytics, marketing and functional cookies only run if you allow them.
Needed for the site to work: security, load balancing, staying signed in to the portal, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off, because without them the site does not function.
Tell us which pages get read, how people arrive, and where they leave. We use this to decide what to write and what to fix. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Measure whether our advertising works, and let us show relevant ads to people who have visited before. These can track activity across other sites.
Remember preferences such as region or previously entered form details, so you do not have to repeat yourself.

Non-essential cookies only run if you agree. You can change your mind at any time, and it takes effect immediately.
When you first visit, we ask before setting anything beyond essential cookies. Declining costs you nothing: the site works either way.
Your choice is stored in a cookie called cookie-config and lasts 14 days, after which the banner asks again. To change your mind sooner, clear that cookie for this site and reload the page.
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking all cookies will break parts of most websites, including the client portal here.

Cookies that identify you are personal information under POPIA, so the same rights apply.
South Africa has no separate cookie statute. Where a cookie can identify you, directly or indirectly, the data it holds is personal information under POPIA, and the rights in our Privacy Policy apply to it: access, correction, deletion, objection, and complaint to the Information Regulator.
We ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies because it is the right default, not because a South African statute currently compels it for cookies specifically.
